About

Whitney Cossio is an Arkansas native, born and raised in El Dorado. After graduating law school, Whitney began her career in personal injury litigation with her now law partner, Hal Cook. Since then, Whitney has become a partner at Cook & Cossio where she focuses her practice on civil litigation of serious injury cases including negligent and inadequate security, medical malpractice, automobile negligence, and wrongful death.

Whitney understands that when clients are injured by no fault of their own, figuring out what steps to take next can be daunting. That’s why she is proud to be able to use her expertise and experience to guide clients through the litigation process. She is dedicated to getting to know her clients and their cases in order to get them the compensation they deserve.

Whitney is licensed to practice in Arkansas and Georgia, Arkansas federal courts, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee, and the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals.

She is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, Georgia Bar Association, Pulaski County Bar Association, Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, and the Arkansas Association of Women Lawyers.

Whitney and her husband, Robert, live in Little Rock with their son, Baker.
